KARACHI: Seven horses will battle it out for top honours in The Dreamer Cup, which figures prominently in a four-race card of the winter Gymkhana race meeting that is slated to take place at the Karachi Racecourse on Saturday.

The cup race, which is third in racing order, scale order V and VI to be contested over five furlongs, is the supporting event of the day’s races.

The feature event, which is the next race, scale order III and IV to be run over five furlongs, has attracted half-a-dozen horses.

Of the remaining two races, first will go over four-and-half furlong s while the second five furlongs.

All in all, 26 horses will compete in day’s races barring last-minute withdrawal.

The first race gets into action at 2.30pm.

Mission Possible 9-0, Winter 8-9, Shandar Love 8-7, Second Life 8-7, Day Breaker 8-6, Galaxy 8-6, Black Darling 7-10.

Win: Winter.

Place: Mission Possible.

THE DREAMER CUP SCALE ORDER V AND VI 5 F:

Duran Duran 9-0, Olympus One 9-0, Jawad Love 8-12, Race 8-7, Snow White 8-4, Big Smo 8-4, Mera Aftab 8-1.

Win: Duran Duran.

Place: Snow White.

THE DREAMER PLATE SCALE ORDER III AND IV 5 F:

My Beauty 9-0, Cherish 8-5, Lady’s Secret 8-4, Zareen 8-0, Lovely Baby 8-0, New Hope 7-6.
