NAWABSHAH, May 4: Civil judge and judicial magistrate-II, Nawabshah ordered withdrawal of section 364 from FIR No. 21/05 lodged by Abdullah Khan Chandio against MPA Ghulam Qadir Chandio, his brother and relatives at taluka police station. While ordering withdrawal of section 364 from the FIR, the judge said the proceedings against the accused would continue under other sections - 342, 148, 149, 506/2, 440.

The section was withdrawn after Khuda Bux Chandio appeared in the court and recorded his statement that he had not been kidnapped. The case was adjourned till May 14. PPP activists distributed sweets after withdrawal of section 364.

BODY FOUND: Body of an unidentified man was found near Nawab Wali Muhammad village, Qazi Ahmed, which was handed over to Edhi volunteers by Madadgar 15 police, on Wednesday.
