LAHORE: Two persons, including a minor girl, lost their lives in road accidents here on Tuesday.

Thirteen-year-old Momna was going to school on a motorcycle-rickshaw when a truck hit it at Chand Chowk in Lorry Adda. Momna got multiple head injuries and died instantly, the police said.

In another incident, a dumper crushed a motorcyclist, Awais, in Nishtar Colony. He suffered multiple injuries and was taken to a local hospital where doctors pronounced him dead, the police said.

The dumper driver managed to flee from the scene.

The police lodged a case and sent the body for autopsy.
