LANDI KOTAL: The bomb disposal squad defused an explosive device planted near Landi Kotal Bazaar here on Sunday.
Officials said that unidentified saboteurs had planted an explosive device near the slaughterhouse on Torkham Road which was spotted by the khasadars posted nearby.
Khasadar and FC men immediately cordoned off the area and called the BDS to defuse the device.
The security forces later took into custody 15 local residents during a search operation and shifted them to the army camp for questioning.
