ABBOTTABAD, Jan 5: Work on the revision of voters’ lists has begun in Abbottabad which will be completed by Aug 14, 2002, said deputy election commissioner Abbottabad, Imtiaz Alam.

All those voters, who have attained the age of 21, have been asked to get themselves enrolled in the new voters’ lists which are being prepared by special teams in the district.

Special instructions are being issued to the Afghan refugees or settlers asking them not to fill in the forms, but the minorities will have to have their name included in the new lists.

The process of preparing the fresh voters lists would be completed in 12 stages.

The people have been asked to fill in the forms and return them to the special teams at the earliest.
