Camp shifted to Lahore

LAHORE, Aug 20: The national hockey training camp for the Asia Cup preparations has been shifted to National Hockey Stadium Lahore, from Pakistan Steel Mills, Karachi, a PHF spokesman announced on Wednesday.

The camp begins from Aug 29 and the Asia Cup is scheduled  to be held at Kuala Lumpur from Sept 21 to 28.

Meanwhile,  the  spokesman  said that  the  Chinese  national hockey team will be visiting Pakistan on a training tour from Aug 23 to Sept 7.

The  visitors  after  arrival in Karachi  will  play  warm-up matches  on Aug 24, 25 and 26. They will travel to Quetta on  Aug 27  for the participation in General Musa Cup  Hockey  Tournament starting there from Aug 29.
