LITIGANTS are directly approaching the Supreme Court for even less important cases. This a wastage of time. Instead there should be a separate constitutional court in the country to deal with government and opposition cases only. After formation of such a court , the Supreme Court may be able to decide pending cases.
For instance, it is over four years but the supreme court is still stuck in cases relating to rigging in the elections 2013. It seems our politicians have no job except to file cases in the Supreme Court. I appeal to all authorities concerned to consider my suggestion.

The US Supreme Court would decline to hear at least 70% of the cases brought before the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Every puffed up ego believes he has a Supreme Court case. The Supreme Court justices of Pakistan have to learn to say no. A few days ago the mother whose daughter was kidnapped for marriage apealed to the Chief Justice.
