This is a very easy and super soft eggless cake that you can make without anyone’s help and never get it wrong. And the best part is that you can modify this versatile recipe by keeping the core ingredients the same and adding anything available at home to get the flavour of your choice.

We are using sprinkles that are used in toppings of cakes and it tastes as yummy as it looks!

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons flour

• 3 tablespoons sugar

• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

• 3 tablespoons milk

• 1 tablespoon oil

• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

• 1 tablespoon sprinkles

Method

Mix all the dry ingredients first, then add milk, oil, vanilla essence and mix well with a spoon until no lumps remain in the batter.

Add sprinkles and mix lightly. Pour the batter in a microwave proof mug or cup. This mug cake becomes really soft and fluffy so don’t fill it to the top with the batter, to allow it some space to rise.

Sprinkle some more sprinkles on top, and cook for one minute and 30 seconds.

Enjoy as it is or use any topping of your choice. In my case, I used a teaspoon of honey for the topping. Happy eating!
