Crows everywhere

Published July 26, 2017

IN reference to Asghar Z. Attarwala’s letter ‘Park and crows’ (July 13), I want to say that the aggression of crows is not only restricted to Zamzama Park of Karachi but it is a rampant problem across Pakistan.

I have noticed that in my garden smaller birds’ nests are not only destroyed but their eggs and babies are devoured by these predatory creatures. However, no animal or bird can even touch the nests of crows as they construct and strengthen their nests with nothing but metal wires.

A day will come when all species of beautiful, exotic birds will disappear from this country like they never existed only because of crows, and we will do nothing but just sit there and blame it all on the laws of nature.
