LAHORE: The PPP will stage a “go Nawaz go” rally here tomorrow (Sunday) to press the prime minister to resign before the Supreme Court verdict in the Panama case.

Led by party’s Lahore chapter chief Azizur Rehman Chan, the participants will march from the press club up to Aiwan-i-Iqbal on Egerton Road.

Similar rallies will be taken out in all other district headquarters in central Punjab as part of the drive directed by Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to put pressure on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to resign before the apex court gives its decision on Panama case.

The party argues that the prime minister has lost moral ground to rule the country after his family’s name appeared in the Panama scandal.
