KARACHI, Aug 9: The process of registration of private candidates of Humanities and Commerce groups, for the HSC annual examination-2004, will start from Aug 15.

A notification of the Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi, issued on Saturday said that fresh candidates desiring to appear in the examination, or those intending to improve their divisions or appear in additional subjects as private candidates, could obtain registration forms from the bank branch located at the BIE premises.

Forms would be received without late fee from Aug 15 to Oct 31, while with a late fee of Rs100, Rs200 and Rs300, forms could be submitted till Nov 30, Dec 31 and Jan 31, 2004, respectively.

In addition to the candidates belonging to educational boards of Sindh, BIEK also registers all such candidates who have passed their SSC or Matriculation examinations from any other board, provided they produce service certificate from federal government organizations, armed forces, or possessed PRC and Domicile certificate from Karachi.
