KARACHI: AAG’s removal deplored

Published August 10, 2003

KARACHI, Aug 9: The President and Honorary Secretary of Sindh High Court Bar Association (SHCBA), Muneer A. Malik and Yawar Nasim Faruqi, have termed the removal of Additional Advocate General of Sindh arbitrary and un-warranted.

In a joint press statement here on Saturday, they expressed deep shock over the removal of AAG Sulaiman Habibullah. They said that Mr Habibullah had, throughout his unblemished tenure, served the office of AAG with un-impeachable integrity and without fear or favour. —APP
