ISLAMABAD, Aug 8: Khayal Muhammad defeated Majid Khan 3-2 on Friday in the Players Squash League, one day after being given a walkover against Zubair Ali Khan.
In the League that is being played at Peshawar’s Hashim Khan Squash Complex, Khayal had been without a win in his first two matches against Arshad Iqbal Burki and Farrukh Zaman.
In other matches, top ranked Mansoor Zaman earned a walkover against Zubair, to remain unbeaten in the competition while Saeed Hassan beat Arshad Iqbal Burki 3-0 for his third victory in four matches.
Farrukh Zaman was also granted a walkover against Shahid Zaman.
