Four dead as bus falls into ravine in Murree

At least four people have died as a coaster carrying 40 passengers plunged into a ravine near Murree, rescue officials said Saturday.

The accident also left 19 other people injured.

The bus, which was carrying tourists from Mandi Bahauddin, fell into a ravine on the road linking Jheenga Gali with the motorway.

According to rescue and police officials, two men and as many women are among the dead.

The injured have been shifted to District Headquarters Hospital Murree while those in critical condition are being shifted to hospitals in Rawalpindi.
