The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Shanghai University China, agreeing to collaboratively offer a Master of Finance program between the universities in Karachi and China, a notification posted on IBA's website said.

The MoU was signed by Dean and Director of IBA Dr Farrukh Iqbal and President of Shanghai University Dr Jin Donghan, the notification added.

The agreement was signed during the IBA dean's visit to Shanghai University, where he participated in the 2nd Belt and Road Initiative University Presidents' Forum.

Dr Iqbal was accompanied to Shanghai by Dr Nasir Afghan, Assistant Professor and Director MBA Program at IBA.
