Tribute to Razzaq

Published February 27, 2017

ABDUL Razzaq, a member of Quetta’s bomb disposal squad who perished recently while defusing a bomb, was awarded a medal by the interior minister, who promised to give a compensation to the members of his family. This looks a positive step indeed.

The government had also previously made such assurances for compensation which did not materialise. Compensation, besides cash means educating the children of the victim.

Hope the Interior Minister Nisar Khan will fulfil his promises.
