KARACHI: Mushaira tomorrow

KARACHI, Dec 29: The Capital City Police and Bazm-e-Ahbab Nazimabad will hold a Mushaira on Dec 31 to promote harmony between citizens and the police.

The Sindh chief minister’s advisor, Aftab Ahmad Sheikh, will be the chief guest, while the EDO, Anwar Ahmad Zai, will preside over the Mushaira.

The poets, who are expected to participate in the event, include Manzar Ayubi, Saher Ansari, Azmat Bilgrami, Ejaz Rehmani, Raffiuddin, Anwar Azmi, Dr Qamar, Tajdar Adil, Khalida Uzma, Tabassum Siddiqui, Mrs Kausar Bashir, Rehana Ehsan, Hasel Murad Abadi, Rukhsana Saba, Prof Inayat Ali Khan, Sajid Rizvi and Khalish Muzaffar.

The Mushaira will be held at 8pm at the Maj Ziauddin Govt Boys Secondary School Nazimabad, 2.—PPI
