Regularization of PTCL workers lauded

RAWALPINDI, Dec 21: The daily wagers of Pakistan Telecommunication Company (PTCL) on Sunday appreciated the announcement made by the minister for information technology in which he directed regularization of company’s employees.

Speaking at a convention organised by the All Pakistan PTCL Daily Wages Association, the union leaders said federal minister Owais Leghari had vowed that all the company workers would be regularized before January 15, 2004.

They also appreciated MNAs Hanif Abbasi and Mian Aslam for extending cooperation to solve their wages issue.

Those who spoke on the occasion included Tariq Mehmood Abbasi, Shahid Mehmood, Chaudhry Imran Aziz, Imranullah Khan, Malik Habib, Raja Attique and Mazhar Hussain.
