When asked about the hurdles in materializing the proposal, the minister said: “There is no hurdle in the initiation of a bus service to Amritsar. Positive talks between the two sides are the only requirement.”

About the formulation of a “National Youth Policy”, Mr Rais said it will soon be presented to the cabinet for discussion.

He said the policy will emphasize on providing opportunities to the youth in all fields of life.

He said that due to the ministry’s efforts for the promotion of tourism, the resumption of flights of the British Airways had been made possible. —APP
