Abu Dhabi crown prince in RYK

RAHIM YAR KHAN, Dec 17: Shiekh Khalifa Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the crown prince of Abu Dhabi, reached here on Wednesday.

He was received by Chief Minister Pervaiz Elahi, district Nazim Makhdoom Ahmad Mahmood, provincial ministers, MPAs, MNAs and senior civil and army officers at Shiekh Zayed Airport here.

The chief minister said on the occasion that both the brotherly Muslim countries enjoyed cordial relations.

He said various projects in the education, health and irrigation sectors were being funded by the UAE.

He thanked the UAE government for funding the construction of a bridge on the river Indus near Rajanpur and said the project had a positive impact on the population of the district.

The crown prince expressed good wishes for the people of Pakistan.
