Chinese team visits Faisal Mosque

ISLAMABAD, Dec 4: The visiting chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Jia Qinglin, along with his delegation visited Shakarparian and Faisal Mosque on Thursday.

Jia Qinglin planted a sapling of Magnolia Grandiflora at the Shakarparian. Upon their arrival at the resort, the guests were received by Senate deputy chairman Khalilur Rehman and chairman Capital Development Authority Kamran Lashari. They were also briefed on the master plan of the federal capital.

Later, Jia Qinglin and his delegation visited Faisal Mosque. Mr Rehman also welcomed the delegation at the mosque.—APP
