Admissions controversy

Published December 3, 2003

KARACHI, Dec 2: City Nazim Naimatullah Khan has taken strict notice of college admissions saying that certain students are studying in two colleges at the same time.

He directed the principals of all colleges that all such students be immediately sent back to their respective colleges, where they were admitted under the Centralized Admission Policy.

Mr Khan said the principals of most colleges allowed the students of other colleges to attend classes in their colleges. He described such acts as illegal. —APP
