Asrar roars again

Published August 14, 2016

The hirsute singer Asrar has a powerful voice and strong singing chops. He makes songs which are off the beaten track to boot. The latest example of it is the song titled Mastanay. It is a power-packed number in more ways than one.

Firstly, it is sung with a lot of heart and soul. Secondly, its lyrics are bold and touch upon the current sociopolitical turmoil in society. Thirdly, the composition which borders on metal is a delight to listen to, because it gels well with the words being belted out. Asrar, way to go and keep roaring!
