KARACHI, Nov 29: Leaders of the Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal and the PPP in the Senate on Saturday deliberated on the evolving political situation, particularly with reference to the LFO, and agreed to continue their protest in the parliament.

According to sources, Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal chairman Maulana Shah Ahmed Noorani and the PPP Senator Raza Rabbani and provincial general secretary of the party, Rashid Rabbani, met at the former’s residence.

They were especially concerned over the government’s adamant attitude on LFO and, according to sources, both the sides exchanged views on their respective positions on the issue.
