SHO’s arrest warrants issued

QUETTA, Nov 24: A Balochistan High Court division bench on Monday bailable arrest warrants of the station house officer of the Gwalmandhi police station for not appearing to present the record in the hearing of an application filed by a woman against the staff of a welfare organization.

The bench comprising Chief Justice Raja Fayyaz Ahmed and Justice Akhtar Zaman Malghani set the bail amount at Rs20,000 for the police officer and issued warrants for his arrest for non-compliance of court directives.

The court had directed the SHO Gwalmandhi to record a fresh statement of Ganji Bibi and submit the medical report of the applicant.
