P.C.B. please give give half of the chances (years) of what Afridi got in total (19 years) for upcoming young players and I am sure they will be able to shine in every departments and formats of cricket.

After becoming captain of T20 & VC of limited over team he must improve his English so that he can communicate well with coaches and international players this will help him establish himself as a captain. even he can take a private tutor or can take online lessons.
