Youth commits suicide

LAHORE, Nov 14: A youth on Friday allegedly committed suicide on the railway track in Naseerabad.

Quoting witnesses, the police said the man aged about 24 stood along the track and threw himself against a moving train. He died instantly. His body was sent to the city mortuary for autopsy.

ACCIDENT: An unidentified man, about 35, was killed in an accident at Bhati Gate.

The police said the man was trying to cross the road when a van hit him. He suffered serious injuries and died on the way to a nearby hospital. The body was removed to the city mortuary.

FOUND DEAD: A man, aged around 30 and unidentified so far, was found dead in Liaquatabad.

The police said the body bore no injury or torture mark. The body has been sent to the city mortuary for autopsy.
