Two killed in wall collapse

FAISALABAD, Nov 14: A woman and her son were killed while three others sustained serious injuries on Thursday night when the boundary wall of their house collapsed at Chak 441-GB of Samundri tehsil.

Shareefan Bibi, the wife of labourer Ali Muhammad, was busy in plastering the boundary wall with the help of her children. Suddenly, the wall collapsed on them due to which Shareefan died instantly while her son Ali Ahmed (4) perished on the way to hospital. While Rizwan (9), Nazia (14) and Allah Rakhi (6) also sustained serious injuries. They were shifted to the THQ Hospital, Samundri, where their condition was described as stable. — Staff Correspondent
