DFML earn points against Customs

KARACHI, Nov 10: Dewan Farooqi Motors Ltd (DFML) took three points for the first innings lead after their three-day game against Pakistan Customs which ended in a draw at UBL Sports Complex.

Set 221 to win in 33 overs, DFML ended at 101 for four wickets in their second innings and match was called off early with no chances of a result.

Opener Agha Sabir, followed his unbeaten 103 with 33 in the second innings.

Earlier Customs declared their second innings at 224 for six wickets in bid to force the result. Aamer Bashir cracked a superb 74 with five boundaries after occupying the crease for 230 minutes.

Off-spinner Wusut Hussain was the pick of DFML bowling attack taking five wickets for 68 runs in 22 overs.
