ISLAMABAD, Dec 28: Justice Mansoor Ahmad, additional judge, Lahore High Court, was appointed federal law secretary on Friday. He would take charge from Jan 10, 2002, when sitting secretary Justice Fakeer Khokhar will relinquish the charge to join the Supreme Court.
