DADU, Nov 6: A villager, Adam Solangi, and his nephew, Mohammad Ramzan, were shot dead by some robbers in Sita Road town, 54 kilometres off here on Wednesday night.
As the villagers were on their way to Nandhi Sita, the robbers tried to snatch their motorcycle.
When they offered resistance, they were shot dead.
PPP: Activists of the People’s Party Parliamentarians held a demonstration outside the press club here on Thursday, demanding release of Asif Ali Zardari.
They were led by Dadu city PPP president Mohammad Hashim Qambrani.
FINED: The special magistrate and DDO, revenue, Riaz Ahmad Massan, on Thursday raided vegetable, fruit, meat and fish shops and fined 20 shopkeepers Rs2,500 for overcharging.
