LAHORE, Nov 4: Around 1,000 Sikh pilgrims will arrive here on Wednesday to take part in the 535th birth celebrations of Baba Guru Nanak.
Officials say 300 Sikhs from the UK will arrive while the rest will cross into Pakistan from Wagah.
Two batches of 400 Sikh yatrees, including 275 women and children, arrived on Sunday morning. They will perform their religious rituals from Nov 6 to 9 at the Gurdwara Janam Asthan in the Nankana Sahib. —Reporter
