England beat Pakistan in the third and final Twenty20 international in a thrilling Super over finish after the regulation match ended in a tie in Sharjah.

Pakistan needed three runs off the last four deliveries but managed just two to tie the match at 154-7 before a packed Sharjah stadium.

Pakistan then managed just three runs in the Super Over which England made off just four balls for a 3-0 clean sweep of the series.

England won the first match by 14 runs and the second by three -- both in Dubai.

Why Sarfaraz is dropped from the team? What has Rizwan done to earn his place in the team? Sarfaraz was batting and keeping fine. Once again is being punished for being urdu speaking and nothing else. Now the team has a perfect combination, that is PPI (Panjabi Pukhtoon Itehaad)

I fail to understand the selection process. We are playing in UAE and in all 3 matches we played an army of medium pacers. Even the current Pakistani squad has limited spin options. In all 3 T20 matches we have seen spinners taking wickets. With T20 World Cup being in India we should be trying more spinners. Its common sense.

He's turned this game on its head - there's a reason he's got more T20 international wickets than anyone else. He finishes his four over stint with figures of 2-19. It's time for Waqar Younus and the selectors to be fired along with Azhar Ali. Pakistani selectors are not consistent in their selection criteria. Look at the last 5-6 innings played by the top seven batsmen for Pakistan. The best of the best Mohammad Hafeez scored 114 runs in his last 6 innings. Umar Akmal scored 27 runs [ 5 innings], Rizwan after today's innings 67 runs [ 6 innings], Sarfaraz 134 runs [ 5 innings], and the discarded Fawad Alam after a few bad innings was dropped his score 206 runs in his last five innings. All scores are available at cricinfo, people can compare runs scored, averages, striking rates etc. over last one year or in 2015 or the last six innings.

@shahed khan bd It was the worst decision. You really thought that Afridi could hit big shots. Well the bowler tricked him. You can't underestimate the bowler and that is the mistake Afridi made by swing the bat so hard going for a six.

Giving a chanc to the new bowler for only 2 overs is beyond belief.Is it possible that Afridi does not want to succeed so that his own old team buddies keep on playing. The only choice for the super over was Shoab Malik because he was in form,why Umer Akmal,the new bowler should have given a chance to see his full potential .Such ugly deciding
