On Nov 1, all opposition leaders would meet to discuss problems facing all provinces. The opposition leader announced the whole plan on a day chief ministers from all provinces met in Lahore and discussed measures to promote cooperation among them. They also exchanged views about water shortages in the times to come and the need for more reservoirs.
