The principal of the college, Prof Azam Yousfani, administered the oath to 174 doctors who had passed MBBS in 2002.

Speaking on the occasion, the principal demanded that vacant posts of assistant professors and demonstrators in the college should be filled.

He said the government was making efforts to promote education and improve healthcare in the province.

He congratulated the new batch of students.

The health secretary also announced construction of an auditorium and an international hostel in the college on behalf of the Sindh governor.
