QUETTA: The banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi militant organisation has claimed responsibility for Thursday’s suicide bombing at an Imambargah in Bhag area of Bolan district that claimed 11 lives.

Usman Saifullah Kurd, who identified himself as the spokesman for LeJ, told reporters by phone that they had carried out the attack in Chalgari village.

He identified the suicide attacker as Mohammad Hussain and said such attacks would continue, including on the Ashura day.
