KARACHI, Oct 18: The government of Sindh has allowed “one-time relaxation” for allotment of 3,000 square yards land to implement an order of High Court of Sindh” passed in a constitutional petition filed by Gul Muhammed Hajano.
The petitioner had moved the court against cancellation of allotment of land to an educational institution.
According to a letter written by deputy secretary (staff) to the chief secretary Sindh, addressed to advocate-general Sindh, a summary was floated before the Sindh chief minister to comply with the orders of the SHC bench. —APP
