Gen Aziz visits Pentagon

WASHINGTON, Oct 16: Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Chairman Gen Muhammad Aziz Khan on Wednesday attended a guard of honour at the Pentagon.

His US counterpart Gen Richard Myers and other high military officials were also present on the occasion.

Later, Gen Aziz held a meeting with Steve Hadly, deputy adviser National Security, at the White House and discussed with him matters of common interest.

In the evening, Gen Aziz attended a dinner hosted for him by Gen Richard Myers. Ambassador Ashraf Jehangir Qazi was also present on the occasion.—APP
