NEW DELHI, Oct 15: Indian Deputy Prime Minister Lal Krishan Advani told Pakistan on Wednesday that repatriation of 20 Indian fugitives he insists are being sheltered by Islamabad could become the touchstone of its sincerity to improve ties with New Delhi.

“We have already said that cross-border terrorism should end for creation of a conducive atmosphere between the two neighbours. But the touchstone of (Pakistan’s) sincerity is their attitude towards the list of 20 fugitives India has given to them,” Mr Advani told the Interpol’s Third Conference on Fugitives here.
