Pakistan v Sri Lanka 2nd T20 - As it happened

Pakistan play their final match of their Sri Lanka tour here at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo today, when they take on the hosts in the second and final Twenty20.

Playing some top-class cricket, the visitors first knocked out Sri Lanka in the three-Test series, and then they outclassed the hosts in the five-game ODI series.

Continuing with their winning streak, Shahid Afridi and his men won the first T20 game against Lasith Malinga-captained Sri Lanka on Thursday.

Now the pumped-up Pakistan — given the manner they have fared so far on the tour — can surely end the tour with victory.

What will it take to convince that Afridi does not have what he used to in earlier years. Absolutely immature captaincy. You do not need to take wickets to win T20, you need to contain the opponents. Hopefully this the very last time we hear of him.

Again discrimination against great SARFARZ and future captain, What is personally, permanently opposed and hostile attitude of Waqar Younus to drop future Captain Sarfarz Ahmed a talented batsman helped in winning 2 tests and one ODI. I request all ex-cricketer for benefit of future Pakistani team and saving cricketer from this biased coach.

Another disastrous start. I only hope that Pakistan does not yield to their typical collapse. I have a feeling that the side was selected to try out new blood and not to win the game necessarily. Good luck, Pakistan. One thing for sure. If Afridi does not redeem himself, then please spare me from future tortures.

Afridi made a huge mistake not bowling Imad Wasims full four overs. Also, if you are going to play Shoaib Malik, he should be bowling out as well. Either way, Anwar Ali came out and smashed them all over the park. Dont expect anything less from him.
