Her response on an intellectual's views is heartening. She has made a role model contribution for Pakistani & Muslim women. Since much of our young women are more inclined to make fashion statements rather than traversing on the path of intellect.

Actually richard dawkins is oriented to think as if material realms in Islamic societies could be detached from highly encompassing moral regime which most of society use as yardstick to judge, to interact and to decide good and bad and then act accordingly. barring very very tiny fraction of privileged women ( which includes Fatima bhutto ) all other women of Islamic society arrange their gain and loss in society according to Islamic moral precepts prevalent in society. For example if some middle class women is to marry into good and financially secure family , she in most of the cases must set herself as good role model in terms of modesty and morality. but Richard dawkins sees less than 1% class of privilidged feminist women as having potential to afford the prospect of life as they enjoy to other dependent women on men for their good-luck, plus most of women of Islamic society themselves feel secure in Islamic milieu if they keep up modesty and Islamic morality

I have been following Richard Dawkins for some time now and I find him arrogant, unsesitive and at time directly obnoxious. Talking down on Islam is not going to get him Muslim fans. I agree on one thing: science is the future for humanity - but in tandem with culture, civilization and faith.

Richard Dawkins should liberate the woman in the West first. Using women to fulfill the lust of man is the worst form of injustice and misogyny done to them and the worst part is that the women their even don't realise that they are being used for all the wrong ends in the name of freedom and equality. Dancing at the clubs, pouring champagne at prize distribution ceremonies and making modesty a shameful act is not equality at all.Western civilization is completely ruined on humanly and moral scale and the only thing saving them from full annihilation is technology. Fatima Bhutto should be where she could do the most good first and foremost to Pakistani people because they direly need persons especially women of her caliber. Now be it politics or writing or serving the poorest of the poor she alone could decide her role.

Its perfectly cozy to take the view what Fatima Bhutto did having belonged to a privileged family. But what about the women folks at the lower end of the society? It is extremely hard to find the cultural issues when you look at them from inside. I always used to believe my sisters and mother had enough independence and liberty but now I'm mature and less egotistic, I can say there should be feminist revolution in Hindus and India. I don't want to comment on muslims and Pakistan, I leave it for my muslim Pakistani friends to comment.
