KARACHI, Oct 6: The KESC will establish 10 new sub-divisional offices in Lyari town next year where one-window service will be provided to more than 180,000 electricity consumers of the area.

This was announced by KESC Chief Engineer Shabbir Solangi while addressing area residents at the inauguration of 250 KVA PMT in Gulistan Colony, Lyari Town.

He informed local residents that currently Lyari Zone Office is handling 180,000 consumers and after dividing this zone into 10 sub-division offices, the extra burden on staff and time of complains will be reduced.

Chief Engineer said that KESC has prepared 14 schemes costing around Rs 7 million for Gulistan Colony, Lyari Town.—PPI
