THIS is apropos your editorial ‘Balochistan solution’ (June 4). You feel that a militarised approach in Balochistan will intensify the suffering of ordinary Baloch and alienate them further.

In your view the only long-term solution is to sincerely and comprehensively address the deprivation of the Baloch and the quasi-colonisation of the province’s resources.

Would you please, once and for all, write a comprehensive article to educate naive readers like me to understand which deprivations of the Baloch have been caused by the federal government and which ones have been inflicted upon them by their own corrupt governments?

Maybe it turns out that the latter is by far the bigger cause of the problem.
