I WANT to draw the attention of authorities concerned towards the pathetic condition of roads in Malir. I am a student of Fast (Foundation for Advancement of Science and Technology) University, situated on the National Highway. The only access to the campus is through Malir whose poor roads are troublesome for users.

The Sindh government’s plan to build a flyovers at Malir 15 and Malir Halt to manage traffic flow is yet to be completed . To date, only a quarter of work has been done. The construction work has reduced the width of the thoroughfare and there is hardly any space on the side for one vehicle to pass at a time.

Traffic remains jammed for hours together, delaying students in reaching the university.

An early completion of the flyovers and roads is needed.
