LAHORE, Oct 2: In reference to a news item published on Sept 26 stating that the Punjab University had issued notices to various institutions operating in the Punjab, including APTECH, to close down, it has been claimed on behalf of APTECH that it only offers certification courses, not degrees. Therefore, APTECH centres do not come under the category of university campuses and are not illegal.
