LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the schedule of the PCB-Pepsi Cricket Stars U-16 two-day Tournament starting from May 7 in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Faisalabad.

Sixteen regional teams would take part in the tournament this year with the final wherein PCB rules of four-day games will be applied would be of three days.

The participating teams have been divided into four pools with pool ‘A’ whose matches would be played in Lahore consisting of Lahore, Sialkot, Quetta, Fata.

The pool ‘B’ comprising Islamabad, Peshawar, Abbottabad, and Rawalpindi will have their matches in Islamabad and Rawalpindi while matches of pool ‘C’ which has in its fold Karachi, Larkana, DM Jamali and Hyderabad will be played in Karachi and Hyderabad.

Teams of pool ‘D’ having Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur and AJK would play their matches in Islamabad and Rawalpindi with the final being scheduled for May 23 at the Iqbal Stadium Faisalabad.
