KARACHI: A three-day international media conference, One World One Media, is being organised in Karachi by the Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists (Rana Azeem group) in collaboration with International Federation of Journalists from May 1 to 3.

Delegates from more than 15 countries, including United States, UK, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Afghan-istan, Iran, India and Belgium, will attend the conference which will discuss media’s role in democracy and in ending conflicts; role of civil society, its uses and abuses in media; embedded journalism; concentration of media ownership; and global terrorism and role of media.
