GWADAR: A mutilated body was found in Panjgur area, police said on Saturday.

Late on Friday night, people of Sabzaap on the outskirts of Panjgur town informed the police about the presence of the unidentified body in the area. It was shifted to the district hospital.

According to District Health Officer Dr Kahoor Baloch, the body was one day old with a hand and a leg missing.

“It seems that the man was blown up in an explosion,” the doctor said.

The body was buried in a local graveyard as it could not be identified till Saturday evening and there was no facility in the hospital to keep it until its identity was established. Police were investigating.
