Masood Hamid laid to rest

KARACHI: Masood Hamid, director marketing of Pakistan Herald Publica­tions Limited (PHPL), was laid to rest at the Gizri graveyard on Sunday.

A large number of people associated with the media and advertising industry attended the funeral prayer held after Zuhar at Bait-us-Salam Mosque in the Defence Housing Authority.

Mr Hamid, who remained associated with the PHPL for the past 28 years, was found murdered in his car in DHA Phase-VIII on Friday night.
