KARACHI, Sept 27: President Sindh National Front Mumtaz Ali Bhutto has blamed the present local bodies system for multiplying miseries and hardship of the masses saying that district Nazims and councillors in collaboration with concerned contractors allegedly plundered and devoured large amount of money allocated in the head of different development schemes.
In a statement issued on Saturday, he asked the SNF members not to take part in the next local bodies elections, otherwise, they would draw wrath of frustrated and disgruntled people, who think that the system failed to change their lives.—PPI
